Events in Croston & Mawdesley On Sunday 10th December 2017
St Michael & All Angels Church, Croston.
The church will be open throughout the day for visitors & Jubilate will be singing during the afternoon.
The market closes with a short Carol Service in church.
3 pm Jubilate will be singing Carols in Croston Park Nursing Home
St Peters Church, Mawdesley
4 pm Christingle Service
The children from St Peter’s & Richard Durning Schools will be asked to to take small candle shaped collection boxes which they will bring (or send ) to the service.
We also have adult/family collection boxes which we hope members of the congregation will take for their loose change and bring (or send) to the service.
During the service the boxes will be brought to the front as children & adults collect their Christingle Orange.
Come and meet the puppets who will be singing with an Advent message, EVERYONE WELCOME, young & old.
All the money from the boxes will be in included in our Christmas donation to the Children’s Society.
