There is only one way to arrive at a classic car show and that’s by a classic bus, which was kindly provided and driven by the owners who transported people from and to the show from the car park free of charge.

Though the day had started with heavy rain by the time the show opened it had dried up and the event appeared to be as popular as previous years with lots of cars and trucks to looks at and chat about with the owners.

There were also a number of local businesses and organizations including St Peter’s Church manning the stalls.

Despite the weather feeling cool & damp when you couldn’t walk around you wouldn’t know it when you visited our stall as everyone was welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly greeting by our intrepid group of ladies.

A local brass band provided music and we look forward to welcoming them later in the year when they come to St Peter’s, further details will be given nearer the time.
