Remembering that bringing our prayers to Jesus has the power to move mountains; each week we offer a selection of events, meetings or situations that as a parish we can pray daily for.
Please pray each day for the following…
* For our local businesses in sustaining their workforce and for the joys of new ventures and expansion.
* For the busy Harvest festival thanksgiving weekend next week – for the social harvest Supper, the services and visiting speakers and the infant being baptised in the afternoon. May all who attend feel the blessing and joy of God the father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit in their lives.
We give thanks for….
* For all of our schools’ governing boards – for the dedication and commitment of each member and the focus on the best interests of the children and young people and every member of the school community.
* For the retired clergy who have been supporting us during Revd Tracy’s holiday – we give thanks for their ministry in many different places.
