Remembering that bringing our prayers to Jesus has the power to move mountains; each week we offer a selection of events, meetings or situations that as a parish we can pray daily for.
*For all those continuing to sit examinations that they will find God’s peace in their preparations and thinking.
*For those being married in church and those seeking to be -that they will place God at the centre of their preparations.
*For more people to be willing to service in the churches in any way they can.
Give thanks:
*For each of our schools Year 6 pupils as they completed their SATs last week. They approached each test with maturity and did their best. We also give thanks for the school staff for their nurturing and teaching of each pupil.
*For all members of the PCC. For their dedication and diligence in serving the parish over the past year. For those who are stepping down on Sunday at the APCM we offer our deepest thanks.
Thank you for sharing and encouraging others to pray with an expectant heart.
We bring our prayers for our parish before God saying, “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is heaven”.(Matthew 6:10)
