We have not one but two Christingle services in the parish on Christmas Eve.
Come early to secure your pew! A wonderful opportunity to remember the reason for the season and support the work of the Children’s Society for those who maybe less fortunate than ourselves.
3pm at St John’s, Bretherton where you can also come dressed as your favourite character from the Nativity story – tea-towel a bare minimum, hear the Christmas story and see how a humble orange helps to remind us of God’s love for the world.
5pm at St Michael’s, Croston. We hear again the story of God’s love on the first Christmas, and see how a humble orange helps to remind us of God’s love for the world.
