Remembering that bringing our prayers to Jesus has the power to move mountains; each week we offer a selection of events, meetings or situations that as a parish we can pray daily for.
* For all the preparations for Mawdesley’s and Croston’s Christmas Fair – that people are generous with their time in volunteering and make it a team effort
* For moments of rest and reflection as the rush to Christmas begins
* For all the school Christmas productions and nativities – that as we watch the familiar, we will be awoken with something fresh to remind us of God’s love for each of us through Jesus’s birth.
Answers to prayer
* I’d like to thank all our amazing and selfless church warden’s. They continually work so hard enabling our churches to be open and ready for worship and supporting Revd Tracy in the managing of the parish.
* Youth Group had 7 young people attending last Sunday, this was great as we had to move venue twice and they still found us! Well done Youth Group, great tracking skills!!
Thank you for sharing and encouraging others to pray with an expectant heart.
We bring our prayers for our parish before God saying, “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is heaven”.(Matthew 6:10)
