Remembering that bringing our prayers to Jesus has the power to move mountains; each week we offer a selection of events, meetings or situations that as a parish we can pray daily for.
*Anyone in our community who may be struggling with illness, loneliness or loss. We pray the love of Jesus can bring you hope and comfort in this time of struggle or grief.
*Our local farmers as we approach Harvest celebrations – for their safety as they work on their farms, the safe gathering of crops and daily livestock care and management. Remembering their well-being as they work on the land around our churches and in the villages.
Answer to prayers:
* We are thankful for those who dedicate their time to look after others, in all capacities, volunteers or employed, in our communities – your love, care and compassion for others is an inspiration to us all.
Thank you for sharing and encouraging others to pray with an expectant heart.
We bring our prayers for our parish before God saying, “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is heaven”.(Matthew 6:10)
