Food Bank Donations

With the colder weather and darker nights closing in, people who rely on the food bank will need more sustaining hot food.

Many people cannot afford fuel to cook properly, so items like instant mash and instant custard – where you just need to add boiling water –

or tinned food, that just need quickly heating up, rather than pasta which takes 10 mins.

Please donate whatever you can… (Personal Hygiene, Cleaning products & Laundry items are all very useful, too)

Also, we now need to collect chocolate and other goodies for Christmas.

The Food Bank makes up parcels and needs time to organise this.

Could we please have all Christmas donations by Sunday 7th December (all churches). The van will collect that week. (N.B. no Advent Calendars – collection & delivery will be too late).
